Time after time the same problems arise on treatment plants and it is apparent in many cases that the people at site level have not been receiving the appropriate training to cope with a changing role. Frequently Aqua Enviro are introduced to the site during problematic times (troubleshooting) to rectify the underlying issues.

Following stabilisation of the effluent treatment process, Aqua Enviro aim to enter into a long-term relationship with the client that will result in a more pro-active approach to environmental management and prevent discharge consent failures. Typically this remote management service encompasses activated sludge microscopy and data analysis, which when combined together can be used as a predictive tool on site to manage the effluent treatment plant.

Remote Management

A core part of Aqua Enviro’s business comes under the banner of remote management. Aqua Enviro currently work in tandem with more than a dozen companies in various manufacturing industries. Typically clients e-mail Aqua Enviro weekly or monthly with plant operating data and also send an activated sludge sample for microscopic analysis. Aqua Enviro combine this data into a descriptive and interpretive report focusing upon potentially problematic areas, changes to the process and any potential cost saving initiatives. This service is always backed up by a rapid turnaround time, telephone advice and on site review meetings.
